Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (US):
We ship throughout the United States. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days and shipped using standard ground service. Expected delivery is within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
We offer shipping to international locations. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and can take up to 2-3 weeks. Please note that additional customs fees or import duties are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Exchanges, Returns, & Refunds
Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer exchanges at this time; however you are welcome to request a return of products that are unused, unopened, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. Please include your order number, purchaser name, and reason for return in your message.
Accepted Returns:
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, so we can resolve any issues.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
